Tra ogni round di burpees esegui la seguente sequenza di 4 esercizi:
5 goblet squat + 5 shoulder press + 5 sumo deadlift high pull + 5 hand release push up
L’obiettivo è portare a termine la sequenza nel minor tempo possibile.
