Frittelle senza lattosio e senza glutine, ma altrettanto gustose e sfiziose

Una versione insolita di pancake allo yogurt di soia e semi di chia. Sono, inoltre, molto facili e veloci da preparare, ideale per una colazione sana ed equilibrata.

Ingredienti per i pancake
• 120 g albume
• 100 g yogurt di soia
• 10 g semi di chia
• 40 g farina di avena  @4plusnutrition

• dolcificante a piacere

• 1 pizzico di bicarbonato
• 1 cucchiaino succo di limone

Ingredienti per la crema:
• 100 g yogurt vegetale
• 10 gr cacao amaro
• dolcificante

 

Ingredienti per decorare:
• crema proteica @4plusnutrition
• mirtilli

Procedimento:
• In una ciotola unire semi di chia, yogurt di soia, albume e farina di avena.
• Aggiungere un pizzico di bicarbonato e un po’ di succo di limone. Lasciar riposare l’impasto per almeno 30 minuti.

• Versare parte dell’impasto in una padella antiaderente ben calda (io uso un padellino da 12 cm )
• Coprire il padellino con un coperchio, quando si formano le bollicine ed i bordi inizieranno a brunire puoi girare il pancake e cuocere anche l’altro lato.

• Farcire i pancake con la crema di yogurt e cacao
• Decorare con la crema proteica e mirtilli
