Ingredienti per i pancake
• 1 uovo da 65 gr
• 70 gr yogurt
• 10 gr dolcificante (stevia, eritritolo oppure zucchero)
• 40 g di farina di avena aromatizzata
• 10 g farina di mandorle
• 10 gr crema spalmabile al cioccolato (meglio proteica)
• 3 g di lievito per dolci
• 1 cucchiaino succo di limone
Ingredienti per decorare
• Crema di cioccolato
Procedimento
• Versare tutti gli ingredienti nel recipiente di un frullatore o in un tritatutto e frullare fino ad ottenere un composto liscio ed omogeneo.
• Lasciar riposare l’impasto per almeno 30-60 minuti
• Trasferire l’impasto in bottiglia con il tappo-dosatore.
• Scaldare la padella antiaderente
• Cuocere mini pancake da entrambi i lati
• Creare spiedini
• Decorare con la crema di cioccolato
