Questo allenamento è composto da 5 super set (blocchi di lavoro).
Ogni blocco di lavoro ha due esercizi da eseguire.
L’Esercizio A va eseguito in modalità “scala crescente”, partendo da 1 ripetizione e arrivando a 5, aumentando ogni round + 1 rep
L’Esercizio B, invece, va eseguito costantemente per 10 ripetizioni
